When booking engagement shoots with my couples, I always recommend that they chose a place of significance to them. Whether this is the location of their first date, a memorable day out, or in George and Miriam’s case, their favourite place to walk together Homestead Park.
HOMESTEAD PARK ENGAGEMENT PHOTOshoot
Homestead Park is a beautiful 14-acre garden in Clifton, York and I can see why they love to walk here so much. It was the perfect day for their couple shoot - the sun was shining bright and there was not a cloud in the sky. Many couples may find the thought of a photoshoot a little daunting, however these two were naturals behind the camera and their chemistry made for gorgeous shots. We gradually made our way through the beautiful flower gardens, winding pathways, and green forestry, enjoying the rare British sunshine (and of course the company).
George and Miriam were an absolute dream to photograph. I am even more excited to capture their special day at St Antony’s Hall, York later this year!
